Jive FAQ International dialing and rates

Question: What are the charges for international dialing?

Are these another line item on the monthly invoice?


Answer: International rates vary by country but Jive's rates are very competitive.  Please refer to the following site for specific information if needed

The charges are lumped together into a single line item on the invoice, but are a separate line item.


Question:  How do I allow a user access to dial internationally?

Answer:  This feature is controlled by adding the user to the International group membership.


Add a User to a User Group

1. Click User Groups in the left sidebar.

2. Click the user group that requires additional users.

3. Click the Members tab.

4. Click [Add].

5. Browse for and click the desired user.

6. Click [Choose].
