There are native clients available to access your iPremise Cloud Drive through a mapped drive.  These clients are accessible to you after your company has signed up for access to the iPremise Cloud Drive.  The install is quick and easy.

  1. Browse to the iPremise Cloud Drive URL.  For Small Business customers the URL is  For Enterprise customers, your site will normally be where is the domain (ending part of your email address).  Your password will be the domain password you normally use to log into your PC at work.

  2. You will now be logged into the portal.  You can use this portal to access your company files from anyplace with an internet connection.  You will also use this site to install or update your Team Client.  There is an icon bar near the iPremise Cloud Drive logo in the upper left corner of the web site.  This icon bar looks like: Cloud Client Icons.  Click on this icon bar and you will get a new window with the different clients that can be downloaded.  Select the client that is appropriate for your operating system.  If you are unsure if you have 32-bit or 64-bit Windows, you can contact the iPremise Support Center or right-click on My Computer (XP) or Computer (Vista/Win7) and choose Properties.  In XP, if your operating system does not specifically state "x64" then you are running 32-bit.  In Vista and Windows 7, the System Type field will say whether you are running 32-bit or 64-bit.
  3. Once the client is downloaded, run the downloaded program.
  4. Click Next on in the initial Cloud Team Client setup window.
  5. Read through the terms of service and choose "I Agree", click Next.
  6. Click Next to start the install.
  7. After the installation wizard is complete, upgrades will prompt you to restart your machine.  For first-time users, you will be prompted to log onto the iPremise Cloud Drive.  You can find instructions in the KB article on logging into the iPremise Cloud found here.
