Reset the Windows iPremise Cloud client cache and login

Sometimes the iPremise Cloud client needs to be reset.  This can be because there was a previous version of the cloud installed (e.g. the Gladinet client) or credentials need to be forced to be re-entered.  It is relatively easy to reset the cache and settings.

  1. Click Start and enter cmd
  2. Click on the cmd.exe icon to open a command prompt
  3. Enter "cd appdata\local" if using Windows 7 or later, or "cd Application Data" if you are using Windows XP
  4. Enter the command "rd /s /q gteamclient"

These two command should reset the client.  You can now launch the client from the start menu or log out and log back in.
