Manage existing shares on your iPremise Cloud

The iPremise cloud portal allows you to manage and list all existing shares.  You may want to check to see if a folder is already shared, or may receive a message that the share already exists when attempting to create a share.  The first step should be to log onto the cloud portal and check your shares.

Simply log onto the cloud portal web site.  Off to the right you will see a section such as the following image.

Share Manage

Click on the Manage link and you will see a list of your shares. You can choose to edit the permissions or unpublish the share.  To remove errors associated with a share, we recommend unpublishing the share and re-sharing the folder or file.
